Virgin Money have a handy live tracking page on the web, which you can see from 7am today.
You can search by surname or running number and follow as they make their way around the course.
The Virgin Money London Marathon app is even better still, as you can track an unlimited number of friends and family. Its available on both Android and iOS.

Its wroth noting however, that with both of these methods, you will get updates every five miles rather than on a rolling basis.
If youd rather see your runner in real time, you could ask for their permission to sign into their phone tracker (if theyre carrying one) such as Find My iPhone.
