An ice-cold Slush Puppie conjures up memories of childhood.

Theres nothing quite like a sugar rush and a bright blue tongue.

And now you can relive those happy times in the comfort of your own home.

Earlier this year the drinks company announced that they would sell the drinks in pouches – and they are finally available at Tesco.

The pouches are available in sour cherry, blue raspberry and strawberry and each pouch contains just 95 calories.

You can pick them up in a multipack of three 250ml pouches for just £3.

Once frozen, you can crush to get your preferred level of slushiness.

The range is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs and is made with real fruit juice from concentrate – containing no added sugar and no artificial flavours.

Richard Benjamin, of Manchester Drinks who make the pouches, said:The Slush Puppie brand has been around for decades and remains hugely popular for all ages.

With the Slush Puppie drink traditionally having only been available through the dispenser machine format in venues such as cinemas and bowling alleys, the new pouch allows fans to take the great taste of Slush Puppie home with them to freeze and enjoy whenever they are ready. And because the Slush Puppie pouch contains no added sugar, parents can feel good about treating their children to one.

We are delighted to have launched the pouch so that people can enjoy this nostalgic, convenient slush drink wherever and whenever they choose.
