Set in the city of “New New York” in the year 3000, the series begins with Philip J. Fry, a failed and unmotivated young New York pizza delivery man who is accidentally cryogenically frozen on New Year’s Eve 1999. A thousand years later he is thawed, meeting in New New York on December 31, 2999. Fry’s attempt to escape the then-mandatory work assignment as a delivery boy ends when he is hired at Planet Express, a small intergalactic delivery company owned by his distant nephew, as a delivery boy. The series follows the adventures of Fry and his colleagues as they travel the universe making deliveries for Planet Express.

10. South Park

South Park is an American animated television series, created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone for the Comedy Central channel. It is aimed at an adult audience and is characterized by satirizing American society, current affairs and culture with black humor through the stories and surreal situations that happen to its protagonists, four children (Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny) living in a town fictional Colorado called South Park.
