A construction boss who pushed a TfL worker towards Tube tracks moments after he attacked another rail employee is facing jail.
Scott OBrien, 44, reacted angrily when worker Gustavo Gonzalez asked him to move back from the yellow line for his safety.
The raging commuter stormed towards Mr Gonzalez on the Baker Street platform on September 7, before asking if he was a funny c**t.
He then hit Mr Gonzales over the head with a rolled up newspaper and taunted him with a series of homophobic remarks, Westminster Magistrates Court heard.
OBrien pushed another TfL worker, Kaleem Naeem, towards the tracks moments later when he intervened.

He later tried to head-butt Mr Naeem but only made contact with his hand.

OBrien admitted assaulting Mr Gonzalez by beating but denied a second charge of assaulting Mr Naeem by beating and using threatening words to cause alarm or distress.
The building site project manager told the court: The gentleman was taking the mick out of me over the tannoy is that allowed?
I went back to speak to him, yes. I tapped him with a newspaper. I did it in a jokey way.
Chair Magistrate Jay Cheyne told OBrien: We found Mr Naeem a credible and compelling witness.
You could have got on the train and left the station. Instead you remained and prolonged the situation.

Mr OBrien pushed Mr Naeem in the chest. We find as fact, Mr OBrien used threatening and abusive words to both London Underground workers.
He used aggressive and homophobic language towards Mr Gonzalez. That is our decision in the matter.
OBrien, of Wormley, Hertfordshire, admitted assault by beating and was convicted of further charges of assault and using threatening words to cause alarm or distress in respect of Mr Naeem.
He was bailed ahead of sentencing on December 18.
