A chocolate festival left guests bitterly disappointed – with one comparing it to a poorly organised school party.
Some are demanding a refund after the event in Bristol on Sunday, which was also described as a complete rip-off.
The Fantastical Chocolate Festival, which promised a day of delectable confectionary, singalong live music and chocolatiers, and is currently touring around Britain.
But guests have swarmed to its Facebook page to warn other people not to bother.
Lucy Gregory wrote: If youre expecting a chocolate full on festival – dont bother because you will be disappointed.

She continued: The whole thing was appalling.
Staff didnt know about the chocolates, one member went in the bin with gloves on and used same gloves to touch food. Staff didnt seem happy either.

Tickets for the festival cost between £6.90 to £10.35 for kids, and between £10.35 to £17.25 for adults.
But Georgie Kovacs also questioned the hygiene levels of the event in Bristol.
She wrote: The bar was a small table with an empty ice bucket, the coffee stand was awful and dirty, the coffee was over priced and very bitter and burnt.

There were no special cakes or creations, only standard cakes that any 6-year-old could make.
It took about five minutes to look around, we only stayed because we were waiting for our friends to arrive.
It was like a poorly organised school party. Nobody knew what it was. We would like a refund.
Many guests expressed disappointment about goodie bags – costing £7 for adults and £3.50 for kids – which contained six sweets, three chocolate sweets, a mug and a single sheet of childrens colouring-in.
Hana Honey said she felt she had been misled by false advertising and warned she would complain to Trading Standards unless she got a refund.

But organisers highlighted the positive feedback they received, including from Michael Maguire who said it got an unnecessary bad rep.
He added: It wasnt the best day of my life but enjoyable for what it was and filled up on enough free chocolate and bought some brownies to have at home. Cheers for a pleasant evening out.

In a statement, The Fantastical Chocolate Festival Bristol apologised to event-goers who were disappointed.
A spokesperson said: Following our event The Fantastical Chocolate Festival on Sunday, we are aware of some negative feedback as well as other good feedback.
We would like to apologise to any guests who did not have a positive experience at our event.

We are listening to all feedback very carefully and will take the appropriate action to continue to improve this event, so that we can bring it to the level of our other touring shows.
He added: We have made a vigorous investment into the show, intentionally running it at a loss in Bristol in order to make significant improvements for our guests.
At present we have 42 refund requests out of our 1,400 guests, which is a level that we want to bring down to zero for future events.
