An ambulance vehicle has been badly damaged amid wild celebrations in London after England's World Cup quarter-final victory.
London Ambulance Service said there was "no excuse" for the vandalism which meant the car was unable to respond to patients after suffering a smashed windscreen and dented bonnet.
Several people were pictured climbing on to the vehicle which was parked in Borough High Street while an officer responded to a call nearby.
In a tweet, London Ambulance Service said: "We're delighted with the result, but this has put a big dampener on the celebrations for us.
"While our officer attended a call nearby, this car was damaged in Borough High Street during the celebrations after the game.
"It's now off the road to be repaired."

Police are aware of the damage to the car, a London Ambulance Service spokesman confirmed.
On its Twitter page, the London Ambulance Service's joint response unit said: "Obviously we are chuffed with the result this afternoon but there is absolutely no excuse to vandalise emergency service vehicles by jumping on them.
"This vehicle is now off the road and unable to respond to patients. We are better than this England."
Millions of football fans across the country watched as England secured a place in the World Cup semi-finals for the first time in 28 years.
