A 20-year-old man has died after being stabbed in north London this evening.
Police were called to Cavendish Road, Edmonton to reports of a man with stab injuries.
He is believed to have got into a fight with a group of men armed with baseball bats at around 6.30pm this evening.
Emergency services attended the scene but the man was pronounced dead at 7.20pm.
Two men charged with murder after 'burglary'
A murder investigation is now underway following the fatal stabbing and a crime scene remains in place in the area and at additional scenes at Brettenham Road and Cameron Close.
A Metropolitan Police statement said: Police were called at 1833hrs on Wednesday, 27 June to reports of an altercation between males armed with baseball bats.
Officers, London Ambulance Service and Air Ambulance attended.

At the scene a 20-year-old male had suffered stab injuries. He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene at 1920hrs.
Enquiries are underway to identify and locate next of kin. A post mortem will be conducted in due course.
At this early stage officers retain an open mind as to motive. There have been no arrests.
