The daughter of a Windrush pensioner who lived and worked in the UK for 51 years says she is terrified she wont get to say goodbye to him before he dies.
Clayton Barnes paid taxes in the UK for half a century after coming to the UK in 1959 as part of the Windrush generation.
He was even given a British passport.
But when he tried to return from a holiday to Jamaica in 2013, he was told he wasnt allowed to come home.
The 82-year-olds daughter Samantha Barnes-Garner says he is ill in hospital, being given care that costs £1,000 a month.
She says her biggest fear is that I will get a phone call and thats it, rather than being able to say goodbye to her father face to face, she told ITV News.

Recent restrictions in immigration law require people to have paperwork proof of near-continuous residence in the UK.
But the landing slips of thousands of immigrants from the Windrush Generation, previously believed to have gone missing, have been found in the National Archives.
It could be the vital evidence the immigrants need to prove citizenship after it emerged the Home Office destroyed its archive of landing slips in 2010.
Claytons family says records of his arrival are present in those held by the National Archives – boosting hopes he could return to the UK again.
It comes as Amber RUdd and Theresa May face mounting criticism over the Windrush scandal.
