Losing a pet is always tough, but an artist is helping people through it with her incredible felt replicas.
Using photographs of pets, she creates miniature models of the dogs which are so accurate youll struggle to work out which is the fake.
Pelin Gur, 34, swapped her career as a missiles engineer at a plant in the Middle East for her dream job as a felt artist.
Pelin, from London, spends an entire week recreating each pet in intricate detail.
Pursuing her dreams has been emotionally rewarding, particularly as many of her customers are bereaved dog owners who take great comfort from her canine creations.
Pelin, of Southwark, moved to London with husband Alaaddin Gur, 36. She said: When we moved, I decided to take it as an opportunity to follow my dreams of being a felt artist.

I can make felt people and jewellery but the most popular requests I get are for peoples pets.
Usually theyre made as dog memorials for people whose pets have died. Its really sad but its nice to make them something to remember their love for their dog.
After customers receive their felt sculptures, their reactions are priceless. Theres so much love in my job.
