Government ministers were forced to release the full legal advice offered to them by the attorney general as a bad week for Theresa May barrels on.
A summary of the advice offered to the government was given to parliament this week, but MPs found ministers in contempt when they refused to release the full document.
After being voted down, the six-page document, a letter written to Mrs May on 13 November, was released shortly after 11.30am on Wednesday.
Its warnings seem to be far starker than the 43-page "summary" seen earlier this week.
