A family claims they are victims of hate crime with the latest attack involving a bag of human poo on their doorstep.
Siana Bangura, 26, who lives in Coventry, said her mother and stepfather have been targets of racial harassment and stalking by a random middle-aged white woman, since January.

She told Metro.co.uk about the latest strike, which happened on Wednesday: They came to the house and left a bag of human shit and pissed all over my stepdads door.
Theyve been sending messages calling my stepdad “black idiot”. This is a hate crime.
Siana, who works as writer and producer, said a woman who calls herself Maria admitted to leaving the bag outside her stepdads house along with a message saying she would be back.

She said Maria wrote in another message: You will be sorry, and your children will be sorry.

Siana, originally from south east London, explained that it all started after her mother helped out an older neighbour before Christmas last year.
She said: My mum met an old, seemingly vulnerable, white man at a bus stop. He was a former university lecturer at the university where my mum used to work, as well as the college that I used to study at. That was their connection of bonding.

He told her he didnt have any family and was lonely so they exchanged email addresses so she could check in on him.
She said they sent a few emails back and forth before he asked her to go for lunch.
Siana added: Hes a white older man, shes a younger black woman. We know how racial dynamics work and we didnt want it to look any kind of way.
But the man, who she believes is in his 70s, then asked to meet her mum before an eye appointment so she could help calm his nerves.
My mum has Glaucoma, I think he knew this already, just like with the university connection, he was able to pull her heartstrings. So they met up at a public place in the city centre. My mum said he was a nice old man, she added.
Her mother, who does not wish to be named, then agreed to take care of the mans keys while he spent Christmas in Mexico.

He explained that a lodger would be staying at his flat and left her contact details with him, which is when it all started to go wrong.

Siana explained: My mum started to receive really strange messages from a random number, from a woman who calls herself Maria.

She said they discovered that Maria was a fake name and that the woman uses a pay-as-you go sim or a burner phone.
Maria emailed Sianas mother and said the old neighbour was dangerous and that she was contacting her as a warning against him.
They replied telling the woman to go to the police with the information, something Maria said she couldnt do.
Siana said: She then came to the house when my stepdad was in, together with another woman we believe is her daughter, as well as a baby in a pram.
They demanded information about who lived in our house. My stepdad told them he lived there with his missus and children.
The woman contacted Sianas mum via phone, and with a sudden change of tone she started calling her all sorts of things.
Maria started to follow Sianas stepdad around Coventry and wrote in a message: We just saw tht black idiot u had children with getting on no11 bus we wil catch him and yr childrn would be so sorry am telling u.
Siana said: Shes a nasty, horrible woman, and shes obsessed with us.

The family has reported the incident to West Midland Police, but Siana claims theyre not doing anything.
This is the job of the bloody police. They are basically leaving it up to us, because the old man wont help us. They closed the case.
She said their old neighbour has some kind of relationship with the woman, and that she believes the lodger staying at his house, was Marias son.

She is quoting emails between the man and my mum. We feel he has endangered the whole family, he is in touch with this woman.
However, the neighbour refuses to speak to the police, according to Siana.

West Midlands Police said when contacted by Metro.co.uk: We received an allegation in January from a woman who had received concerning text messages. The matter was recorded as a stalking offence and assigned to an investigator.
Extensive enquiries were made to identify the owner of the phone used to send those messages, and the victim was kept up to date with the progress of the investigation.

They said they were unable to identify the offender and that the case was closed in the middle of February – pending any new evidence coming to light.
However, they added: The case was opened again last month when the victim made us aware of further text messages.
An officer visited the victims home and obtained further details and gave safeguarding advice around changing her number which she did. Enquiries are on-going and police are investigating all aspects of the allegations.

She has lashed out at West Midland Police on Twitter as an absolute last resort to get action.

Siana concluded: Its all been crazy. This happens in soaps. All we did was help an old man, this is why people dont help each other anymore.

We feel like were in danger, the police has to help.
The police spokesperson added: West Midlands Police takes all allegations of stalking extremely seriously and has campaigned to raise awareness of this serious issue.
We would always encourage victims to come forward, and we will take action to prosecute whenever appropriate.
