Michelle Obama has issued a scathing attack on Donald Trump, saying the president is dealing in the politics of fear.
The former First Lady said she sometimes feels despondent because the Republican is overhauling Baracks policies and ruining his legacy.
She said she felt like America was living through a dark chapter but offered a glimmer of hope for the future generation.
Speaking to a 15,000-strong crowd in London, Michelle likened the Trump-run country to a troubled teenager.
She said: We come from a broken family, we are a little unsettled.
Sometimes you spend the weekend with divorced dad. That feels like fun but then you get sick.
Thats what America is going through right now.
We are living with divorced dad.
Michelle has made no secret of her feelings towards her husbands White House successor in her memoir Becoming.

During the UK-leg of the book tour, she never referred to Trump by name.
But she agreed with host, US TV presenter Stephen Colbert, that the Commander-in-Chief should occupy a moral position.
In another apparent dig, she said: The presidency doesnt change who you are, it reveals who you are.
It is like swimming in the ocean with great waves.
If you are not a great swimmer, you are not going to learn in the middle of a tidal wave.
You are going to resort to your kicking and drowning and what you knew how to do in the pool.
In her memoir, Michelle said she would never forgive Trump for the reckless claims that Barack wasnt born in America.
She spoke how his lies put her her daughters lives in jeopardy and as the first black family in the White House they were always held to a different standard than its current occupant.
Michelle said: I dont know if there has been a president who has been accused of not being born in this country?
Who has been asked to show his transcripts? Who has been accused of being unpatriotic?
There was a lot of stuff that had not happened before that happened to us.
Speaking about the moral position of the Presidency, she added: Its almost like being a parent.
Even if you think people arent listening, they are watching every move.

We had to be perfect, we had no margin of error.
Trumps presidency has been rocked by claims of an affair with an adult film star and questions over possible Russian collusion.
As well as wanting to build a wall to stop immigration from Central America, he has overturned Obamas key policy of affordable healthcare.
Michelle said she often had to stop watching the news because it was a diet of fear and frustration.
She added she was concerned for millions of Americans without health insurance.
The book Becoming documents her journey from a working-class neighbourhood in south Chicago to the White House.
Since it was published in November, it has already sold over 10 million copies and is on track to be the best-selling memoir in history.
