Surrey Police say the man, from Egham, was remanded in custody and will appear in court on 7 January.
Police have charged a man with attempting to abduct a six-year-old girl at a Christmas market.
Arkadiusz Madraszek, 47, appeared at Staines Magistrates' Court on Monday where he was charged with three counts of attempted child abduction, Surrey Police said.
The attempted abduction occurred at 12.40pm on Saturday on Egham High Street.
Surrey Police said Madraszek, of Egham, was remanded in custody and will appear in court on 7 January.
