The Instant Inflatable Perfect Woman – which features a black crop top, denim shorts and knee-high boots – is sold as a great joke present.

But not everybody saw the funny side.

Annie Wyatt who was shopping in Cardiff city centre with her 12-year-old daughter Abby, said: Its shocking. They shouldnt be selling that.

”Nag-free”, what does that even mean? Thats not okay, they shouldnt have that.

Im just on my way to Peacocks, I dont want to go in now.

Soledad Gaona, 38, also found the product shocking and said it objectified women.

Its horrible. Its horrible to women. Its objectifying women and its all about the appearance of the woman.

Its about time people grew up. There is no perfect woman just like theres no perfect man.

They probably sell things like this in Argentina, its the same all over the world but they wouldnt have it in a clothes shop.

But it's not the only questionable item they're selling. Also on their website are the 'Boobie Handwarmers', which feature the strapline "Get your hands on this hot pair." Its horrible. How shocking.

The box says the doll, which is included in the current Peacocks sale, is the perfect wife, partner or girlfriend.

However, the 23-year-old Joe Cox and his friend Harry Prichard, 20, disagreed.

Harry said: Its very misogynistic, it shouldnt say “perfect woman”. I can see how that would be offensive to women.

I think its also wrong to say nag free. I guess it would be a funny joke for a stag do or something but I think it is misogynistic.

The product has received one review online and the buyer wasnt too happy either.

Giving it three stars, they wrote: Not exactly as big as I imagined.
