Were looking at a Prince Alexander for William and Kates third royal babys name.
Bookies have seen a flurry of bets on the name Alexander for their second son and third childs name.
Ever since they revealed they were expecting their third child in September last year, speculation has been rife on what name the Duke and Duchess Of Cambridge will give their new arrival.
Arthur was the front-runner for months, with other guesses regularly being ranked as the favourite including James – Kates brothers name, Albert – Queen Victorias husbands name and Philip – Williams grandfathers name.

And now, after a number of high bets, Alexander is emerging as the leading name.

Alexander is an equally regal name, given it is the male version of Queen Elizabeth IIs middle name Alexandra.
At the start of the week bookies Betfair reported Alexander as having odds of 20/1, but the name now stands at 9/4.
Royal baby name odds
9/4 – Alexander
3/1 – Louis
6/1 – Arthur
14/1 – Albert, James, Philip
18/1 – Henry
20/1 – Edward, Alfred
25/1 – Richard, Thomas, Frederick
It was thought Kate and William would reveal their third childs name on Wednesday 25 April, two days after his birth: the same length of time they waited to reveal George and Charlottes names.
However, at the time of this birth his grandfather, Prince Charles, was on a private trip in Scotland and later flew to France for an Anzac day service. Its expected once he has met his new grandson, the name will then be revealed.
